GROUP RECREATION OUTDOOR & WILDERNESS PROGRAM
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
All participants must be over the age of 12 yrs old, and have a current diagnosis of intellectual disability, developmental delay or autism and/or any co-occurring conditions. Candidates must be comfortable in an outdoor setting and have sufficient mobility on various terrains (hiking trails, hills, obstacle courses, etc).
We may recommend individuals requiring assistance for simple activities of daily living such as grooming, toileting and feeding to provide their own support staff.

Complete your online registration for the chosen weeks & add-on options. You will receive a confirmation email about your registration details.

INTAKE & ASSESSMENT
We will connect with you via email to provide the intake form and participant functional assessment

WELCOME PACKAGE
Once your profile is completed, we will send you a welcome package with all the information
you'll need before starting the program (what to bring,etc.)
