Join in on our Chair Yoga class every Friday 10-11 am with Jamie - so much fun, guaranteed! Once you have completed your registration, we will be in touch to provide the ZOOM link for you to join - see you then! (price includes taxes)

Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellations MUST be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at 75% to the client. b) If an emergency situation occurs, preventing Bloom from completing the scheduled session, Bloom agrees to provide an additional session to the Client at no charge. c) Cancellation of this contract made by the Client will result in the remaining sessions charged at 75% of total program fees. d) All sessions are non-refundable. e) In the event that a medical problem or prolonged circumstances prevents completion of the Program within the time period set forth in Agreement, the client may get a prorated refund or the unused session(s) will be held as a credit for Client’s benefit until Client is medically cleared to resume participation in the Program. A written note signed by a physician is required, along with reasons for cancellation to be eligible for the refund. All refunds will be made to the Client within thirty (30) days of receiving the cancellation notice. CONTRACT RENEWAL Upon contract renewal, Bloom will waive the initial assessment fee of forty dollars ($40.00) to which all new private contracts are subject. By renewing a contract, Client acknowledges and agrees that Bloom acted professionally in all prior sessions. LATE ARRIVALS a) Sessions shall be sixty (60) minutes in length and shall start at the scheduled time. Sessions will not be extended due to the tardiness of a Client or due to interruptions made by Clients. b) Any Client who has not arrived within fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled time, the session will be deemed cancelled and will be charged in full for that session.
